The Audi Revolut F1 Team has taken its Formula 1 presence to German streets with a nationwide show car tour. The Audi Revolut F1 Team is taking the R26 show car across Germany, bringing the R26 closer to fans in several major cities.
The tour began in Düsseldorf on September 18. It will continue through September and into October. Fans can see the Audi R26 show car and take part in exclusive activities at each tour stop.
The published schedule includes Düsseldorf, Cologne, Heidelberg, and Stuttgart. Hamburg will also host a stop, although Revolut has not yet confirmed the exact location and dates.
The current schedule lists Schadowplatz in Düsseldorf for September 18. The car then moves to Weltstadthaus in Cologne on September 22 and 23. Heidelberg follows on September 28 at Europaplatz. Stuttgart will host the show car at Kleiner Schlossplatz on September 30 and October 1.
Revolut said additional locations will form part of the wider German tour.
The initiative comes as Audi enters Formula 1 for the first time in 2026. The German manufacturer officially unveiled the Audi Revolut F1 Team in Berlin in January. The event also introduced the R26 race livery, marking a major milestone before the team’s first championship campaign.
Audi has built its F1 operation around three main locations. The team develops its race cars in Hinwil, Switzerland. Audi develops the power unit at its facility in Neuburg an der Donau. It also operates a technology centre in Bicester, United Kingdom.
The team competes with Nico Hülkenberg and Gabriel Bortoleto. Audi says its long-term plan targets championship contention from 2030 onward.
The German tour also highlights the absence of a current home Formula 1 race. Revolut says its research found strong support among German motorsport fans for bringing the F1 Grand Prix back to Germany.
The company says 83% of German motorsport fans surveyed want a race back in Germany. It also said Munich, Nuremberg, Berlin, and Hamburg were mentioned, with no clear favorite emerging.
The R26 tour therefore gives German fans a direct connection to Audi’s new F1 project while the championship continues its international calendar.
